As promised, I am back today with a give away. A very tiny give away mind you...but a give away none the less.
I just hit 100 followers. I am delighted and amazed. Who da thunk it, and not one of you related to me. AND today I am featured on Moda Bake Shop with my 6th pattern in as many months.
Date Night by Tops to Treasures for Moda Bake Shop |
I had 3 packs left over and they are on the table for this give away. (Told you it was tiny.)
The give away is open to everyone, although I would prefer that you are a follower of Tops to Treasures. International visitors are more than welcome to play along.
Leave a comment telling me what you might make with my lovely left overs. (Hmm fabric left overs are way better than food left overs, we call them scraps...like they are not worth much. I think we have it backwards. Wonder what my family would think if I started calling food left overs scraps instead.)
I will draw a random winner on Tuesday, October 16. (Yes, that is kind of a random day...but it would have been my Daddy's birthday and what better way to remember him than to give a gift to someone?!)

A wonderful quilt! I love your introduction to it at the Moda Bake Shop blog, too. :)
I love your new pattern! And I think those little packs are adorable. I'd probably add them to my current scrap quilt.
Just came by after seeing your recipe on Moda Bake Shop. I love any quilt made with Kate Spain fabrics and I think this one will be on my to do list.
I think I would try this quilt, I love it because of it's timeless, traditional look. I know your dad would be very proud of you for inspiring so many people with your great quilting..thanks for chance at giveaway..
Well....Kate Spain is my absolute favorite!! If I were lucky enough to win these little cuties I would make granny squares with them. I'm hooked on those blocks right now and these would be perfect. Thanks for the chance!!
I think I'd like to make a table runner or some placemats! Charm packs are the best for little home decor projects! Lovely quilt!

Thanks for the give away, these little ones are adorable. Don't know yet what I will make of them, probably a liitle doll quilt. But I promise you that if I win them, I will make up my mind and make it and send you a picture when it is done.

Not sure what I would make with these cute little packs of fabric. Most likely a table topper or a cute little wallhanging. Congrats on 100 followers. Thanks for the great giveaway. The day you are drawing the winner should be my lucky day as it is my birthday.
I love your new pattern and how the little squares shine against the grey background. I probably would make a table runner out of 9 patches. Thanks for offering such beautiful charms~!
Lovely!! I pinned your Moda tutorial to make someday :) I think I'd make a few pillows for our bed or couch!

I absolutely love your quilt on Moda Bake Shop. I would use the candy charms to duplicate your project. I like the nine patch construction technique!
your quilt is awesome but I especially love the story of days gone by....how I wish the world was more like it was when you were a little girl. I wish people would slow down and enjoy the simple things in life
I would make a baby quilt for my neice. I almost purchased that same charm pack 2 weeks ago. Love all the colors!
I just found your blog and I love this quilt! Love your story and can relate to those lunches out with mom and grandma. I would love to make this quilt for snuggling with my honey. The charms packs would be perfect for matching pillows.
I think I would make some mug rugs ; ) already a follower.
I would make a baby quilt using some solids. I love your pattern featured on Moda Bake Shop.

Congrats on your 100th post, being featured on Moda Bake Shop, your 6th pattern in six months. You've got a lot going on! I could not figure out how to "Follow" you, could'nt find the button. I have to make a baby girl quilt, so that's what I would use the fabric for.
What a great quilt! I just came over from the Bake Shop page. I just signed up as a follower too. I love the mini charms, they certainly would go into a quilt!
Darling quilt, on my list to make. Love those little precuts, just too cute and a big time saver. How do you find pretty grey fabrics? Not in my quilt store, and regular cotton from the big stores just looks cheap. Thanks for the chance!
Just found your blog after seeing your quilt on Moda BakeShop. Congratulations on hitting 100 followers - I just signed up too so you will probably be well on your way to 200 after others check out your design on Moda Bakeshop. I would probably make a couple of doll quilts for my great granddaughter if I was lucky enough to win.
Your quilt is gorgeous! I love grey!!! Thanks for sharing and for the giveaway -- and I'm a follower.
Love your quilt! Those little charm packs are so cute! I think I would make a table runner out of them. Thank you and I have been a follower for awhile now. :)
This has got to be my most favorite quilt ever! I love the colors and the warmth of this quilt is just amazing! I guess I might try to make a mini version of your quilt.
Cindy--I love your quilt but what I like even more is the use of little pieces of fabric. I started making quilts for our local pediatric unit in May of 2010. Since that date, every child who has been admitted has received a quilt to take home with them. These are beautiful quilts that anyone would love to own. I use any scraps that people are willing to share with me. I would love to have your giveaway to use in one of the quilts. Check out my blog for more information. www.piecedthings.blogspot.com Thanks!
First visit to your blog after seeing your quilt on the Bake Shop. I've been making table runners and these charms would be the right size.
Congratulations on all of your Moda Bake Shop projects! You're quite a fabulous chef, and now I'm a follower. If I won, I would make a cute pillow from these sweet little squares!
I am a child of the same era and I too loved to watch my mom dress up to go out. Love your quilt and it made it to the top of my do list. If I won, have to be fun pillows - cant have enough of.
Thanks for the giveaway and it is indeed a wonderful way to remember your dad!
Cheers
Wow, I would never get a quilt with such tiny squares made...I can't even seem to make one with big squares! But it is stunning! I think I would make a book bag with them. We just discovered the mobile library that stops a few streets over and now I need a book bag to haul the quilting books I request home. Thanks for sharing!
Yay to getting 100 well deserved followers, and well past that number now. I think if I won I would think about turning them into an epp hexie project as i have a whole bunch of papers cut waiting for 2.5" squares and I just have not got round to cutting fabric yet. This would save me one heap of work. Thanks for the giveaway Cindy, and congratulations on your success with Moda Bakeshop.
I love your MBS quilt - I'd love to make one myself with Kate Spain's new line!
Wonderful of you to share with us, Cindy! I think I would make a cushion cover if I were the lucky winner!
I would make a doll quilt for one of my granddaughters.
Lovely fabric! I would make a couple of bags for friends! My dad would have been 100 on 14th October!
Great job on the MBS quilt. I would love to make it. Love Kate Spain and her new fabric line. Would love to win your giveaway! Congrats on 100+. I'm #113.
I love this quilt. I'm thinking it would also be cute with Flirt fabric. I like Kate Spain fabric, nice fabrics in Cuzco. Thanks for the chance to win.
Your quilt is amazing. I love the traditional look, but modern feel it has. The story reminds me of my mom, who dressed up for functions in a strapless black chiffon, pearls, and black pumps with rhinestone heels. I thought she was so beautiful!!! (1950's). Miss her so much! thanks for sharing~
Your quilt looks fabulous and reminds me that I have long wanted ot make an Irish Chain quilt. Those fabrics could be part of that I'm sure!
I would love to make your MBS quilt!
I would probably make a small version of your quilt. I clicked your link from MBS-- very pretty quilt, and I love the one with the circles on the top of the page. Lots of inspiration here!
Love, love, love.... great pattern and kate spain fabric.... win, win. I have your pattern on my to do list... I would take your leftovers, add three more packs and make your fab quilt.... thanks for sharing..... gwen
Petra here all the wy from Germany. Your quilt is beutifull! If I won your left overs I would make some nice pillows for my sofa and a matching runner for my coffee table using your pattern.
Cindy, your quilt is beautiful! I saw it on the Bake Shop and was dazzled by the sparkle of color you created. Thank you so much for using Cuzco! Those bite-sized charms are so darned cute, aren't they? Keep up your wonderful work! xo
Hi Cindy,
I have seen this quilt on Pininterst and loved it, and have tried to find it in the Moda Bake Shop however it has been archived, and they say it will be updated, but I have been waiting months.
I have also tried to email them without much success.
Are you able to please email me a pdf of this pattern. I am happy to pay for it.
I look forward to hearing back from you
Thanking you in advance.
