My very first post was on January 20, 2011. That makes me just shy of 2 years old...with 135 followers, and over 300 posts. Wow. How did that happen?
This calls for something special....how about a give away?! I'm thinking a $25 gift certificate to one of my favorite local quilt shops. It is one of the happiest places on the planet...honest.
Sooooo....leave me a comment....tell me where your happy place is....and I will pick a random winner on the 20th. International entries welcome. Please make sure I can get a hold of you - no anonymous entries. AND it would be nice if you are a follower too, but I'm not going to check.

My happy place is on the dock at Moosehead Lake, Maine. I haven't been there in a couple of years but love it.
My happy place would be in my house. I don't enjoy running around. Happy almost Birthday!
Congrats on the milestone. A couple happy places come to mind right away - my local quilt shop :) and the northwest shore of Lake Superior. Love to go there with my husband and children, cloudy or sunny day, doesn't matter, I.love.it.
PS: Thanking you for taking the time to share with us.
Wow! That's great! Happy blogiversary! My happy place -- wherever my craft supplies are!
Happy birthday! We are almost the same age. My happy place is my bed, sad as that sounds. I love being all warm and comfy, knowing my girls are sleeping, and being content with my world. Thanks for the giveaway and sharing your brilliant sense of humour all through the year.
Congratulations on a wonderful and productive 2 years! Most definitely my happy place is my sewing room! Thanks for a wonderful giveaway Cindy.
Congratulations Cindy! My happy place is Kauai... We have been going every 3rd year since 1992 and it feels like our home in Paradise.
Hi Cindy. Already a follower. Have followed you for quite a while. Love your quilting.
My happy place is with my husband (especially when he is giving me a foot massage!)
My happy place is the basement with all my quilting supplies.
My accessible happy place is my sewing room, but my favourite ever place is my cousin's cottage on an island south of Bergen, Norway. I spent my summer holidays there as a child when it was my grandmother's, and now my husband and daughters love it too. My cousin is very generous in allowing family to stay, and bring friends, so over the years half a dozen of mine and my daughters' friends have also been there with us, and they all acknowledge it as somewhere special.
PS happy bloggy birthday for 20th x x
