One summer evening I noticed smoke on the horizon....a lot of smoke....and some licks of orange flame. There was a large fire somewhere...some one's home was burning.
As a little girl this wrenched my heart. The thought of someone loosing everything was devastating.
They are collecting quilts and other goods for the victims of the fires that ravage the southwestern United States every summer. Their desire is to provide a quilt for each person effected.
Won't you help?
Find out more about the project here.

Lovely idea. I trust the response will be good once the word gets out : )
I belong to a quilt group that does things like that. I wish Julie and her husband all the best. God bless them and everyone involved.
What a lovely idea, and the name is great!
